The Jelly Babies
The Jelly babies room is for children aged from 3 months to 17 months, registered for 12 babies with a 1 to 3 adult to child ratio. The Jelly babies room offers a stimulating environment incorporating the EYFS(2012) where the babies start their learning journeys that follows their development through the years.
We try to ensure that we follow your child’s routine as much as possible, to provide continuity from their home environment. however the Jelly Babies room do have a general daily routine.
This room is very relaxed with light planning for activities throughout the day, however the emphasis is on socialisation and the care and routines of the babies. The Jelly Babies staffing team is made up of dedicated childcare practitioners with great experience and knowledge.
The Tiny Tots
The Tiny Tots room is for children of the age of approximately 17 months up to the age of 2 years old which will allow the toddling older babies to have a stepping stone, encouraging their self independence at a steady pace before moving up to the Jelly Tots room (2-3years).
The room accommodates 6 Tiny Tots. As this room is of a small capacity, children will be moved up when the spaces become available.
he Tiny Tots will be linked closely with the Jelly Babies room.
The Jelly Tots
The Jelly Tots room is for children aged from 2 years upwards, registered for up to 16 children with a 1 to 4 adult to child ratio.
The Jelly tots room is more structured, although the majority of your child’s day is based on general routine as well as learning through their play. The jelly tots room follows the EYFS with planned provision throughout the day, incorporating child initiated play.
The Jelly Tots room work individually and as a whole group during their day, at times the children will be divided into small groups to allow for Key group time.
The Jelly Beans
The Jelly Beans room is for children aged from rising 3 year old's to 5, and is registered for up to 19 children with a 1 to 8 adult to child ratio.
The Jelly Beans room is a small intimate preschool learning environment which offers your child a smaller group with a higher adult to child ratio, where the children can explore, learn and progress ready for school.
The Jelly Beans room has a structured day with focused learning , along with enabling the children to learn through their play. The jelly Beans room follows the EYFS with planned provision throughout the day, incorporating early literacy and numeracy skills.
